AND CONDITIONS
Before signing up to The Matrix Daily you acknowledge
that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions.
In this Agreement, "you", "user", "member"
or "client" means any person using the Service of The
Matrix Daily, "we" "us", "our" and
"the Company" means The Matrix Daily owned and operated
by the Panamian founder company Graviton Capital Inc.
The Conditions in this Agreement are subject to
change at any time and without notice and you agree to review the
current terms prior to affecting any transaction through the Company.
Law
The laws of the Republic of Panama govern this
agreement. The operations of The Matrix Daily are governed by the
gambling laws of Costa Rica.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold
the Company, its affiliates, officers, agents, directors, and employees
free from any claim, action, demand, loss or damages (including
any legal fees) made or incurred by any third party arising out
of or relating to your use of the Service. The company will not
be held responsible for any losses incurred by the user due to interruption
of business, website delays or maintenance procedures. The company
is not responsible for reporting or paying of taxes and fees incurred
by the user.
Tax issues
The Matrix Daily operations incur
no taxation whatsoever. It is up to the user to declare any possible
funds within these accounts to their Jurisdiction's Tax authorities.
Any earnings and referral incentive bonuses are transferred in gross
to the user accounts.
Fees
The Matrix Daily reserves the right to assess and
collect fees for the services. All fees are disclosed on the web
site. The company reserves the right to change the fees at any time
and at its sole discretion.
Guarantee of profit
There is no guarantee of any earnings or profits.
Any figures represented on the site are indicative only and may
be adjusted or changed at any time, with retrospective effect to
any implied cash or assets on the player accounts within The Matrix
Daily database systems.
Pill purchases
Virtual pill purchase payments made to The Matrix
daily are considered membership fees. The user may not get an impression
that any payment is a kind of investment or deposit. All membership
fees are non-refundable and the percentage figures we pay can not
be considered as interest.
Guarantee of payments
Although you may have cash balance in your member
account the cash is considered "electronic tokens", not money under
any circumstances. You have no right to claim any money from The
Matrix Daily even after making a pill purchase. We strive to pay
out all cashout requests in real e-currency, within 1 minute from
cashout request for as long as the program is operational, however
no cash should be considered yours before it has reached your e-currency
account. Cash balances may be adjusted and unannounced cashout limits
may be imposed at any time, however player cash balance adjustments
or limits are never imposed without proper and serious reason.
Limit on the number of accounts
Each client may only have one account. The Matrix
Daily employs various automatic and manual verification techniques
and the suspect of any client controlling more than one account will
be grounds for immediate cancellation of account and termination
of any earnings. Sharing of computer / e-currency account between members is not allowed except in rare
cases with special written permission.
Account termination
Inactive accounts may be terminated at any time
by the Company without notice. It is up to the Company to decide
the criteria for inactive account, however any account having any
activity with the past 60 days is usually not considered as inactive.
The company may at any time, without warning, terminate
any account that does not comply with the acceptable use of The
Matrix Daily. Unacceptable use includes but is not limited to:
- repeated SPAM or unsolicited email
- harrassing or untrue comments through public or private channels
- suspected attempt of fraud or unfair activity as deemed by The
Company
Uncontrollable events
The Matrix Daily cannot be held responsible for
any unforeseeable events or events outside our control, including
issues concerning member participation, technical problems, legislation,
or third party intervention of any type. Specifically, for the longevity
of the program it may be necessary to adjust the percentage rates
and referral commissions without any prior notice to the members.
Privacy Policy
As a registered member You agree to receive occasional
emails regarding the site or other important events. The Company
agrees that all records are confidential and maintained within the
strict privacy laws and regulations of the Republic of Panama. Specifically,
your email address is not given to anyone excluding the staff of
The Matrix Daily, except with an external court order forcing us
to do so.
